I absolutely love this movie. The group is very lovable, even though it's made of characters that arent exactly moral saints. The way the movie tackles mental health is very realistic. I love the fact that even after they "save" Bob, the Void is still present inside him. Thunderbolts* certainly has cemented itself a special place in my heart.
Favourite Character: Ava "Ghost" Starr
I've never been a huge fan of Star Wars, but i was curious about Andor. I wondered why they decided to make an entire show about a side character from Rogue One, basically a spin-off of a spin-off. They must have a very compelling story to tell if they went with Cassian Andor of all people, right? Oh, they do alright.
Everything about this show is amazing. Every character wonderfully fleshed out. Andor tells incredible stories from the different point of multiple characters and how they contribute to said stories, all without making the show feel crowded. While i prefer the second season to the first, both are still incredible pieces of television.
Favourite Character: Cassian Andor
I watched this movie right after finishing Andor S2. Being a movie it didn't have the time put into fleshing out the characters like Andor did. Jyn Erso only had a movie's worth of development while Cassian Andor had two entire seasons of 12 50-minute episodes. However, I think this movie delivers very satisfying endings for both characters.
While a watching of Andor is not necessary to deem Rogue One a great movie, Andor certainly helped recontextualize a lot of this movie. Seeing more screen time of side characters such as Melshi and K2 certainly helped the impact the ending had. The best Star Wars movie i have ever watched.
Favourite Character: K2-SO
Love-Bullet mixes heartbreaking storylines with incredible action scenes that, even within the medium of manga, flow incredibly well and are easy to follow. The characters are very lovable and memorable. [TBA]
I've followed this manga since the news of it's possible ax, and now i could not be happier with the news of an official english license via Yen Press.
